I’ve been coming to Bartaco since the year it opened, and it continues to be one of my favorite restaurants. The atmosphere, food, and customer service are consistently top-tier, and they truly know how to make guests feel valued.
Our waitress, Celeste, was incredibly helpful, attentive, and efficient throughout the entire meal. The manager on site also made sure everything was handled quickly and professionally, which really elevated the experience.
This location always goes above and beyond, and in my opinion it’s easily the best Bartaco location hands down. I’ll definitely keep coming back.

Huge shoutout to Matt, the manager at the Port Chester location. After an issue with an Uber Eats driver tampering with my food, Matt went above and beyond to make things right. Even though I ordered through a third-party app, Matt personally ensured my large order was remade and arranged for it to be delivered directly by the restaurant right away. Matt’s professionalism, care, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. Excellent service like this is rare and very much appreciated. Thanks again Matt!!!

John, our waiter, was sooo attentive, funny and sweet. He was patient, made great recommendations, and made our group feel comfortable. When Ian took over, he was great too and made my friend’s birthday special. The manager and staff were super accommodating for our larger group and made it all easy.
The food was delicious as well! Ahi tuna and pork belly tacos were amazing. And always get the churros!

I've been going to Bartaco for over a ten years and ive never had a bad meal here. During my last visit I had the retro pork tacos and they were delicious. The house margarita is one of my favorite drinks and its still tastes good. Also the plantains with the sauce are also a favorite of mines this location is by the water so its a definite vibe for summer time

The food is amazing. It stands out and has unique flavors. My go to is the street corn, chips and guac, chorizo tacos, and churros. The churros are absolutely amazing with the chocolate sauce. It’s crowded a lot and has a friendly cozy atmosphere for mingling and families. The parking is a little annoying otherwise, everything about this place is a high recommendation!

Bartaco never disappoints. We come here very often, and every single visit feels like a mini escape. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented — from the tacos to the bowls and cocktails, everything tastes intentional and well-crafted.
The service is always on point — attentive without hovering, friendly without being forced. You can tell the team genuinely cares about the experience.
And the atmosphere? Perfect balance of vibrant and relaxed. Whether it’s a casual lunch, date night, or meeting friends, it just works.
Consistency is hard to find, but Bartaco nails it every time. Easily one of our go-to spots.

We had an early lunch and they opened promptly at 11:00 AM. The was perfect for our schedule that day. They have their own way of offering the different plates which we found enjoyable. Great service and very friendly. Pictures are from outside where you can park and see the river and small park.

We enjoyed it so much that we returned again the same week. The food is flavorful, fairly priced, and truly stands out, especially the street corn, chorizo tacos, chips and guac, and churros with chocolate sauce. The coconut ice cream is also a must-try.
The restaurant has a cozy, family-friendly atmosphere, complete with a fun kids tray served on a take-home frisbee. Service is friendly and efficient, though parking can be a bit challenging. Overall, it’s a place I highly recommend.
